  • Ashley Wright, LCSW

    Hi! I’m Ashley! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering telehealth services only with L&C Therapy. I have over 12 years of experience working with the birth to five population, and enjoy working with children, teens, young adults and families.

    I can offer a hand in helping parents grow happy, healthy children while also offering assistance in helping grow happy, confident parents. Not only can I meet with children individually but I can also offer parenting support and coaching.

    I am friendly, welcoming, nonjudgmental, respectful, honest and a safe place for people to explore their mental health concerns and goals. I have training in different modalities and treatment approaches so I can meet you where you are at and offer tools and strategies that help you become successful in meeting your treatment goals. I work with populations ranging from those with:

    Anxiety

    Depression

    Grief and loss

    Social Skills

    Self-esteem support

    Anger management

    Adjustment concerns and regulation needs and with those that need some additional support in organizing their thoughts and feelings.

  • Lianna Rodela- Gomez, LMSW

    Hello, I’m Lianna! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), currently offering in- person services with L&C Therapy.

    I am an eager, dedicated and passionate social worker providing services to children, teens and families. I have worked with diverse cultural groups and understand various points of views and values.

    I am always rooting for my clients, while advocating for what they want for themselves (and/or family). I strive to provide a safe space and understanding where I encourage autonomy and assist with self- discovery.

    My approach is person-centered, utilizing strengths-based techniques to promote genuine interaction and productive time with one another. Sometimes encouragement, motivation and change are needed, while other times, a listening ear and validation works best. I utilize a variety of approaches and interventions associated with:

    Life Transitions

    Hello! I’m Grazi, the co-director and co-founder of L&C Therapy. I am only offering supervision through L&C Therapy as I run an individual practice which can be found here!

    I am an outgoing, thoughtful, and compassionate therapist. I approach each clinical situation, therapeutic challenge, and client with positivity, respect, and exuberance. I believe in the power of a safe space. My pronouns are she/her/hers.

    My clinical experience and open-mindedness allows people to feel at ease and committed to the journey of healing. I have complete dedication to my clients and I am an agent of positive change for them and their families.

    My style is client-centered and strength-based. I utilize an interactive, supportive, creative, and flexible approach. This allows for an understanding of systems and the ability to circumvent challenges to achieve the desired outcome. My goal is to provide compassion, understanding, and empathy, in a safe, non-judgmental, and relaxed environment.

    I am an approachable, understanding and empathetic therapist, committed to ensuring my clients achieve their goals. Helping to create a sense of ease, establishing trust and supporting growth are areas I dedicate my time to, while focusing on specific needs for each client. I utilize several different therapeutic modalities and interventions to ensure the best treatment for clients.

    Clients can learn emotional regulation skills and coping strategies, targeting negative cognitions and heightened symptoms, which improves overall functioning and wellness.

    I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field and over 12 years of direct practice. I specialize in children, teenagers and young adults between the ages of 9-25, struggling with and/or symptoms of the following:
