WELCOME TO L & C THERAPY
Thoughtful Therapy.
Meaningful Change.
When you or someone you love is struggling, it isn't always easy to know what to do next.
At L & C Therapy, we help children, teens, young adults, and families navigate life's challenges with individualized care that fosters growth, healing, and lasting change.
Something brought you here.
Maybe you're worried about your child. Maybe your teenager doesn't seem like themselves. Maybe you're navigating your own challenges.
Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.
This is how we help.
Children
We help children understand big feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more successful at home, at school, and with others.
Teens
We help teens navigate stress, relationships, emotions, and the challenges of growing up while discovering who they are.
Young Adults
We help young adults navigate change, relationships, independence, and uncertainty as they create a life that feels right for them.
Families
We help families communicate more openly, understand one another better, and build healthier, stronger relationships.
Thoughtful care looks different.
Every person who walks through our doors has a unique story, strengths, and challenges. We believe therapy should be just as individual.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, we take the time to understand what matters most to you and tailor care to meet your unique needs.
We Listen First
Before offering solutions, we take the time to understand your experiences, goals, strengths, and what brought you here.
We work togehter
Therapy is a collaborative process. We believe meaningful progress happens through that collaboration, trust, and genuine relationships.
We focus on lasting growth
Our goal is to help you build the skills, insights and confidence to continue growing long after therapy ends.
Meaningful change begins with feeling understood.
